Postgun vs listmonk: hosted Mailgun campaigns without self-hosting
listmonk is a free, open-source newsletter manager you self-host (a Go binary with PostgreSQL) and connect to any SMTP server, Mailgun included. Postgun is hosted and talks to the Mailgun API directly, and it can attach a different file to every recipient.
